average experience with some drawbacks
smiley stafffaulty showerdoor malfunction
the staff were smiley , which was at least something positive.
I had issues with the water system . The shower was especially annoying. the door also had a problem because it didn't close properly , so the batteries needed changing. i think they should inspect the rooms more thoroughly after each guest , instead of just cleaning them.

the staff was super friendly i feel happy. miss luana helped with directions and taxi bookings. the owner accommodated my request for a bigger room it was so nice. the hotel is close to the tram that so cool.
the bathroom had a bad smell i did not like it. i think the hotel tried to hide it with air freshener that was strong. the shower wasnt working well it was bad. the toilet roll holder was coming off the wall it was shabby.

the air conditioning worked efficiently. staff were always visible and ready to assist. the tram stop located in front of the hotel provided easy access to various points of interest. i was appreciative of the early check-in after a long journey.
the walls were thin, and noise from adjacent rooms was noticeable.

the check-in was very smooth and the staff provided assistance with boarding pass printing. the service throughout my stay was excellent. Every staff member was courteous and professional. the hotel is clean and beautiful. It seems newly built.
i noticed the shower pressure could be slightly improved.
